A pivotal moment in my life came in October 2022, when I was diagnosed with cancer. This life-changing experience profoundly reshaped my understanding of what it means to create meaningful impact. It underscored the value of shared decision-making and human-centred approaches that go beyond relying solely on data.
While evidence and data remain essential, I’ve come to realise that the most impactful solutions emerge when paired with empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for the lived experiences of all stakeholders. This perspective now drives my work across industries, helping organisations become more empathetic, inclusive, and impactful.
